What we collect, and why

Email address: So we can send the guidance you asked for, and so you can manage your own preferences.
State (optional): So we can point you at the rules and programs that actually apply where you live.
Topics you want help with (optional): So each email carries something relevant instead of everything at once.
Where you are right now (optional): So we start at your step instead of the beginning of a process you finished months ago.

What we never ask for

Child's full name
Child's exact birthdate
Medical record number
Social Security number
Detailed medical history
School identification numbers
Insurance member numbers
Exact diagnosis date
Clinical reports or evaluations
Confirmed diagnosis of any person
Browsing history, search phrases or page-visit inferences
Third-party advertising or cross-site identifiers

What this is not

Not a lead list. Choosing a topic never turns you into a sales lead. Nothing goes to a provider, insurer, attorney or sponsor unless you separately approve a request that names exactly who receives it.
Not tracking you. We do not guess a diagnosis from the pages you read, the words you search or the emails you open.
Not a newsletter. No campaigns, no promotions, no countdowns, and no suggestion that you are failing your child by not acting today.
Not for sale. Your address and your topics are never sold or shared.
